Brooke Martin Photography Senior Rep Program
Brooke Martin Photography is currently looking for 2012 seniors from schools in the Keys, Muskogee, Fort Gibson, Tahlequah, Owasso, Collinsville and Skiatook areas to be Senior Representatives for Brooke Martin Photography.  I will accept no more than two representatives from each high school. Depending on the overall submissions, I hope to select one boy and one girl from each school however there is a possibility I may choose two boys or two girls.

What is a Senior Rep?

It’s pretty simple, if accepted you become an official spokes person/model for Brooke Martin Photography!  As a senior rep your main goal will be to professionally promote Brooke Martin Photography to your peers by simply showing off your amazing pictures, telling your friends about your experience and handing out your supplied referral cards! By referring your friends and peers to Brooke Martin Photography you earn referral credits to be used for special bonuses, possibly the Apple iPad bonus, with each referral (meaning a booked and paid session).

How much does it cost to be a Senior Representative?

There is a $50 deposit, but don’t worry, you have the opportunity to get it all back as prints or more based on referrals who book! Additionally you get to enjoy the perks of being a senior rep! You’ll enjoy:

·         Free Session (with the option of a second discounted session)
·         80 Referral Cards (containing discounts for your friends too!)
·         5 Watermarked Images to be used on Facebook and similar social networking sites
·         Accordion Brag Album for showing photos to friends in person

What is a referral card?

A referral card is like a business card, except it is customized with one of your images from our session together. The card also contains my logo, my information and a discount for your friends and peers (only redeemable if they have the card and bring it with them to their session).

Ok, what are the rules, give me the fine print?

·         Leave any of the pictures from our session as your Facebook profile picture through graduation (May 2012)
·         Refer me! Pass those referral cards out to fellow 2012 graduating seniors, even if they are from another school! Also suggest my fan page to your friends on Facebook! After all that is what you are signing up to do!
·         Senior Rep and their parents/guardian must sign the contract and full model release (for advertising purposes)
·         Senior Rep and a parent/guardian must attend any rep meetings or parties
·         Senior Rep agrees to a min 3hrs of photography (which can be divided into two sessions) to take place before September 30th, 2011.  The first 3 hours are free as part of becoming a senior rep, but the senior rep has the option to have another 3 hour session to be held before March 31st, 2012. The additional 3 hours will be discounted at 50% off and must be paired with Brooke Martin Photography’s option 1 senior print package also discounted at 50% off.
·         Senior reps agree to give the photographer a reasonable amount of creative license in regards to location, wardrobe suggestions, etc. for part of their session time.  Senior, parent/guardian and photographer will meet prior to session to discuss the overall idea, vision and creative outcome desired by both the photographer and the senior/parents.
·         In order to receive referral credit, the referred senior must mention they were referred by you, the Senior Rep, and give your name when booking or when filling out their paperwork (If they fail to mention your name during one of these times you will not receive credit). They must also bring the referral card you gave them to their session. All referrals must be in by March 31st, 2012.
·         If the Senior Rep does not meet the minimum of 1 referral (meaning a booked and completed session) then he/she forfeits the $50deposit, discounts and free items. Meaning the senior/parent must pay full price for all session times, prints and products received.
·         You cannot represent any other photographer or photography studio. Doing so will cause you to lose your status and benefits. Resulting in forfeited deposit, discount and free items. Meaning the senior/parent must pay full price for all session times, prints and products received.

You mentioned bonuses and free stuff, right?

I sure did!  Senior Reps earn bonuses by referring their friends and peers to Brooke Martin Photography! Brooke Martin Photography keeps track of total referrals for each Senior Rep and awards bonuses based on the amount of referrals. The more you refer the better the bonus! 2 referrals – you receive an additional $20 print credit

3 referrals - $30 iTunes card or Visa gift card

6 referrals – Personalized skin for smart phone, iPhone, iPod, Mac, Notebook or eBook custom designed with your sessions images.

*It is only considered a referral if the referred client books and completes their session by March 31st, 2012
*Remember in order to be credited for a referral your friend/peer must let Brooke Martin Photography know that a Senior Rep referred them by giving the name of the Rep, either when scheduling their session or filling out their paper work. They must also bring the referral card that was given to them by the Senior Rep, as to verify referral and for them to receive their discount.
*The parents of the Senior Rep can help earn credits too!
